Risk Management

Sybec Technologies verwendet ein automatisiertes Risk Management System, das

Sybec Technologies uses an automated Risk-Management-System, which excludes

the possibility of "no dealing with a known problem or risk". With this system, a known

risk is automatically escalated to the supervisor of the responsible person.

At that point, the supervisor is automatically involved and has the responsibility to

solve the problem. If the supervisor does not deal with the problem, the risk is

escalated to his supervisor. Although it can happen that the CIO of a company

receives a risk-report from the lower-level database department of a company, if

the project is of greater importance to the company, it usually works out just fine.

The Tool:

Sybec Technologies developed it own Risk-Management-Tool, which offers all

of these possibilities and can only be manipulated, e.g. by deleting a risk, by

employees of the risk management staff.
